Rules and Registration

The Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity is holding its Third Annual 3 vs. 3 indoor soccer tournament on October 31st  on the Veale Center Courts.  It will be a double elimination tournament, and teams may consist of 3 to 5 players with only 3 playing at one time.  The games start at approximately 11:00 A.M. and will continue until a champion is crowned with prizes being awarded to the top teams.  The tournament atmosphere is relaxed but exciting - there will be food, drinks, music, and free t-shirts.  We hope that everyone can come out and have fun, while supporting a worthy cause!

There is a suggested donation of $30 for all teams, and the proceeds from the tournament will benefit Tomorrow’s Stars.  Tomorrow’s Stars is an all volunteer charitable organization.  Their mission is to make education possible for the children of Elmina, Ghana.   All donations go to projects in Ghana, and no salaries or travel expenses are paid.

Tomorrow's Stars

They started in 2003, and since that time they have:

  • funded the building of CCPS a private school in Elmina
  • subsidized part of the teachers’ salaries as well as other needed school materials at CCPS.
  • sponsored 20 children in Senior High School at the local school, Edinaman.
  • purchased 20 computers for Edinaman HS.
  • put a roof on Sound Foundation School to keep the children dry during rainy season.
